Assets managed
Connected users
As the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football, Concacaf brings together 41 member associations across one of the most diverse football regions in the world. Its reach and ambition continue to grow, and the organization set out to modernize how it manages and distributes media, ensuring that every moment, from matchday to milestone, can reach fans, partners, and stakeholders seamlessly.
The challenge: scaling media operations across a continent
With football in the region growing faster than ever, Concacaf needed a media infrastructure capable of matching that scale to deliver the same high-quality tools and workflows to everyone, from regional competitions and broadcast partners to grassroots initiatives and national federations. But as the organization’s footprint expanded, media operations became harder to manage: assets were scattered across cloud drives, email threads, and vendor systems, slowing collaboration and limiting visibility.
Their ambition was clear: build an intelligent media solution that could scale and serve the full ecosystem of football storytelling, ensuring accessibility, speed, and quality at every level.
The solution: a smarter workflow for a diverse network
In late 2025, Concacaf enlisted ScorePlay to deploy a digital asset management and distribution system designed to centralize every photo, social clip, and broadcast highlight within one intuitive platform.
The first step was to centralize and tag all content within an easy-to-use media library, migrating over 480,000 assets and metadata files, and onboarding 200+ users across internal departments, external vendors, and partners to power all media operations. ScorePlay’s API then powered the engine behind Concacaf’s Media Hub, a public-facing portal that enables sponsors and media partners to securely access curated content governed by customized permissions and automated distribution rules.
The foundation was then laid to expand the platform to all 41 member associations, empowering local federations to drive their own media operations, share match day content faster, and elevate storytelling across every level of the game.
“We’ve received great internal feedback on the accessibility and organization of our assets, and have streamlined workflows for internal content distribution and sponsor access.” Heidi Pellerano, Chief Commercial Officer, Concacaf
The Result: consistency, speed, and creative freedom
With ScorePlay, Concacaf’s media ecosystem now operates as one unified network. All photos, social clips, and broadcast highlights are uploaded, auto-tagged, and searchable in a single secure library, accessible instantly by every authorized user. Content that once took hours to locate or process is now live in minutes, giving teams the speed and agility required for modern digital storytelling.
Departments collaborate seamlessly across Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships, while commercial partners enjoy direct, rights-based access to approved content (ensuring brand consistency and eliminating manual bottlenecks). ScorePlay’s automation and scalability have turned Concacaf’s media operations into a connected, future-ready ecosystem, where creativity and accessibility grow together.
“Concacaf is a perfect example of a rights holder redefining football storytelling through technology. By using ScorePlay to unify content across teams, partners, and competitions, they’re setting a new standard for media accessibility and collaboration in global football.” Victorien Tixier, Co-Founder & CEO, ScorePlay
