New York City, NY, 03.04.2026 - The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) and ScorePlay, the leading AI-powered media asset management platform built for sports, today announced the success of their collaboration to modernize Concacaf’s digital content operations and create a unified media ecosystem for football across the region.
Driving digital transformation across the Confederation
Concacaf launched ScorePlay as its official digital asset management (DAM) and content distribution tool in May 2025, and the progress since then has been tremendous. Since implementation, the team has successfully migrated over 480K asset and metadata files and onboarded over 200 users including staff, vendors and commercial partners. The platform has already strengthened the accessibility and organization of content, while streamlining workflows for internal teams and sponsor-facing needs.
“ScorePlay has transformed how we work by giving staff, vendors, and commercial partners real-time access to the assets they need,” said Heidi Pellerano, Concacaf Chief Commercial Officer. “By centralizing our content and simplifying the way it’s shared, we’re able to support partners more efficiently, speed up delivery for vendors, and ensure our teams can tap into the right materials at the right moment.”
A unified content ecosystem for football across the Americas
Concacaf’s synergy with ScorePlay marks a key step in its ongoing commitment to innovation, accessibility, and storytelling across its 41 Member Associations. Through ScorePlay, the organization’s Media Hub now serves as the centralized home for all media (photos, social clips, and broadcast highlights), empowering teams, partners, and stakeholders to access curated, rights-cleared content in real time.
“Concacaf’s adoption of ScorePlay highlights its forward-thinking approach to digital transformation in global football,” said Victorien Tixier, Co-Founder and CEO of ScorePlay. “The Confederation’s investment in modernizing its media infrastructure is a testament to its commitment to efficiency, innovation, and stronger collaboration across the football ecosystem.”
Building on the success of phase one, the next step will see ScorePlay extend to clubs and athletes, allowing for faster, decentralized content distribution and stronger athlete-driven storytelling. By expanding access to those closest to the game, Concacaf will elevate fan engagement across every corner of its network, giving players and clubs new tools to tell their stories and grow the sport’s digital footprint.
