How it works with ScorePlay
Genie pulls media from ScorePlay through the API. Your organization authorizes the connection with its own key and controls what is shared. The connection is read-only today, so nothing is written back into your library.
Both platforms organize media the same way, by season, competition and match, so Genie knows which fixture to look in and can retrieve an asset that landed minutes ago.
Where this goes next
Reading from the library is the first step. The direction both teams are building towards is Genie working inside it as well, tagging and organising media on request and assembling clips from a match as it happens, so the same written instruction covers the media management behind the content and not only the content itself.
