Most media teams run on tools that each do one job well but don't talk to each other, so the work between the steps gets held together by someone remembering to do it.
Embrace is the operating layer that runs the in-between, working with the systems you already have, applying the rules you set and bringing a person in only when a decision is needed.
With ScorePlay connected, your library is what the workflow reads from and writes back to, so a promo, a highlight package or a personalized edit is built from assets your team has already logged and tagged.
What you can do
Build a branded promo or highlight from a ScorePlay asset and have every format land back in the library
Produce per player or per fan versions at volume from one template, driven by the logs and tags already in ScorePlay
Move media between storage tiers, sites and tools under rules you define, hot to archive and back
Put a human review step in front of anything entering or leaving ScorePlay
Run the review as a form inside Pulse-IT or push it to Teams, Slack or email
See what ran, what it cost and what failed across every job
How it works with ScorePlay
Embrace reaches ScorePlay through the public API. There is nothing to install, because Embrace has no connector concept. It reads the ScorePlay API documentation and generates the tasks itself, so the connection is configured rather than developed. You authorize it with a ScorePlay API key and decide what it can reach.
Two products sit behind it. Pulse-IT handles media operations from ingest through distribution, and lets you design the screen a person sees at each step, so a review or an approval is part of the workflow rather than an email chain running alongside it. Automate-IT handles output, driving Adobe After Effects so a template, your data and an asset become finished branded video at volume. Both run today at broadcasters, leagues and rights holders.
Embrace runs only inside your own infrastructure, on-prem, in your cloud tenant or hybrid. There is no Embrace hosted cloud, so media, credentials and workflow logic never transit a vendor environment. Where a workflow spans both, Embrace places workers on each side and bridges them, so storage and processing you already own keep working alongside your ScorePlay tenant. Setup is handled by your own team or by a certified Embrace integrator.
